BEFORE: This client had breast reconstruction after a mastectomy. She wanted a design that was similar in size and color to her natural areola, but that was definitely abstract.

AFTER: The surgically reconstructed nipple had flattened somewhat, so the illusion of nipple projection was enhanced.
